From 2014-2025, Out of Office Admin was based in the Silicon Valley, California. In late 2025, we relocated to McKinney, TX.
Meet Amanda Barretto
Amanda is an Intuit Certified QuickBooks Level 2 ProAdvisor and has worked with QuickBooks since 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from San Jose State University and is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Shortly after graduating college, her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to start Out of Office Admin, Inc. in 2014. She has been assisting Clients from a variety of industries across the U.S., 100% remotely, ever since.
Clients love Amanda's cheerful and "let's get things done" attitude. With her passion for motivating and helping others achieve success, her dedication shows with many of her lifelong Clients.
Amanda is not your average "boring" bookkeeper! When she is actually "out of office," she loves to travel with her husband and 2 young daughters. With another passion for cruising, she started a Facebook community for young cruising families with over 30k members!
